Michele shared, “I’ve played around with other foods and materials, but eggs will always be my favorite. There’s just something calming about the contrast of the egg white and yolk against a black background—it’s simple but powerful.”

His love for this everyday ingredient keeps pushing his creativity. What looks like a basic fried egg turns into stunning food art designs that wow both breakfast lovers and Instagram foodies.

Eggs are already one of the most versatile ingredients—you can make everything from healthy egg recipes to creative breakfast ideas—but Michele proves they can also be a true canvas for art. Each design feels fresh, unique, and unforgettable, which is exactly why his work continues to inspire so many people around the world.

We wanted to know what’s changed since Michele’s egg art was last featured on Bored Panda.

“A lot has changed since then!” Michele shared. “I graduated from medical school and recently moved to Berlin, which has been both exciting and challenging. Those new experiences have definitely shaped my creations. I’ve been experimenting with layering, new backgrounds, and exploring different subjects—always pushing myself to see what else I can do with eggs.”

Even though he took a long break at one point, Michele said he always found his way back. “I tried other hobbies—like knitting—but eggs remain my constant. My approach hasn’t changed much. Making egg art is how I channel my thoughts and turn all the noise and anxiety in my head into something tangible. For me, cooking eggs is a daily moment to slow down, focus, and create something interesting—sometimes even beautiful.”

Michele’s journey proves that even something as simple as egg recipes and breakfast art can become a powerful form of creative expression, food therapy, and Instagram-worthy food design.

These days, social media is overflowing with food photography, but Michele’s work always stands out. We asked him what makes his egg art so different—and why people keep coming back to see more.

Michele explained, “I think what sets my work apart is using something so ordinary—the fried egg—and turning it into something familiar but unexpected. Sometimes it’s another object, a symbol, or even a full landscape. That mix of everyday ingredients with creative design makes people curious. It feels relatable, but also unique enough to stop scrolling.”

His approach proves that even the simplest ingredient can be turned into Instagram-worthy food art, creative breakfast ideas, and viral food trends that capture attention in a feed full of photos.

“I’d say the response has been overwhelmingly positive. Sometimes I get comments from people saying you shouldn’t play with food. But I always reply—this isn’t just play, it’s a form of eggspression,” he joked. “And don’t worry, I make sure no food ever goes to waste.”

His work proves that even something as simple as egg recipes can be transformed into meaningful food design, Instagram-worthy art, and creative breakfast ideas—all while still being sustainable.

To wrap things up, Michele shared a bit about his future plans for The Eggshibit.

“I think The Eggshibit will always be part of my life. As long as the ideas keep flowing, I’ll keep making new designs and even reworking old ones. In the future, I’d love to put my work into a coffee table book on food art or maybe a food photography calendar. But my ultimate dream? Designing a cover for an album or a song.”

Michele’s vision proves that creative food art, food photography, and egg recipes can go way beyond social media. From books to music, his unique approach to culinary design shows just how far one simple ingredient can take you.
